Qualification - B.Tech - mech.

Experience - Min. 2+ yrs. in sheet metal industry (Check Quality, Product knowledge , making quality report)

Salary - Upto 20 k 

Location - Sanaswadi, Shikrapur

Job Description

Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans (QAP) to ensure that sheet metal components meet the required standards and specifications.

Inspection Protocols: Establish inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process products, and final assemblies, including dimensional checks and visual inspections.

Process Audits: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

Defining Standards: Work with the engineering and production teams to define product quality standards and tolerances based on customer specifications and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).

Compliance: Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant quality certifications and standards (e.g., ISO 9001), as well as environmental and safety regulations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes, inspection results, and any corrective actions taken.
