Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical

Experience - Min. 2 + yrs in manufacturing industry ((GI plant experience is a plus) , (Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001)

Job Description

· Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and testing of products at various stages of production, including visual, mechanical, and chemical tests.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to the Quality Manager.

· Investigate non-conformance issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

· Ensure that production processes comply with internal and external quality standards, including industry regulations, safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.

· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of quality-enhancing initiatives.

· Provide training to production staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and safety procedures.

· Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring all required documents and evidence are available for review.
