 Job Description -


Defining project scope: Understand the project’s goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Feasibility studies: Conduct site evaluations, assess the design's practicality, and identify potential risks.

Budgeting and cost estimation: Prepare cost estimates for construction materials, labor, permits, and contingencies.

Stakeholder management: Identify and communicate with stakeholders (owners, architects, contractors, suppliers, etc.).

Developing project timelines: Create a comprehensive project schedule, outlining key milestones and deadlines.

Procurement planning: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and resources.

Team leadership: Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams, ensuring roles are clearly defined and work is aligned with the project goals.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Quality control: Ensure construction adheres to the project's specifications, standards, and legal codes (e.g., safety regulations, local building codes).

Resource allocation: Ensure timely delivery and efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.

Problem-solving: Address unexpected issues such as delays, material shortages, weather impacts, and technical challenges.

Tracking progress: Monitor the construction process to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.

Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks (e.g., delays, cost overruns, safety concerns).

Budget management: Track expenses, manage cash flow, and ensure costs stay within the approved budget.

Schedule adjustments: Adjust timelines as needed based on the real-time progress of the construction.

Compliance: Ensure all required permits, inspections, and certifications are in place and adhered to.
