PROFILE- PROJECT MANAGER

QUALIFICATION - B.TECH - MECHANICAL 

SALARY - UPTO 5.4 LAC

EXPERIENCE - MIN. 9+ YRS .(in MEP (FF/FAS/HVAC) projects and PEB Fabrication (Pre Engineered Building fabrication) is mandatory. Must have executed and handed over at least 2-3 full time MEP life cycle projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designing HVAC systems that encompass heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality control.

Performing heat load calculations to determine the heating and cooling requirements for buildings.

Selecting appropriate HVAC equipment such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, and ventilation fans.

Designing ductwork layouts and sizing ducts to distribute conditioned air efficiently.

Specifying control systems for HVAC equipment to regulate temperature, humidity, and airflow.

Integrating energy-efficient solutions like variable refrigerant flow (VRF), heat recovery, and demand-controlled ventilation.

Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems with architectural and structural elements.

Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including performance testing and balancing.

Providing ongoing support for HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting

Fabricating mechanical components, including HVAC units, ductwork, and ventilation systems, according to engineering specifications.

Utilizing cutting, welding, and fabrication techniques to manufacture mechanical elements from sheet metal, steel, or other materials.

Ensuring precision and accuracy in the fabrication process to meet design tolerances and performance standards.

Conducting quality inspections of mechanical components to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Coordinating with other trades to facilitate the installation and integration of mechanical components within the pre-engineered building structure.
