The Project Manager, BESS Industry, is a senior-level full-time role based in Gurgaon. We are seeking an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing and leading projects related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) within the electrical engineering sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering coupled with a deep understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (Mandatory skill).
• Proven expertise in Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong proficiency in Risk Management, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential project risks and challenges.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of Budgeting principles to ensure accurate financial planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to efficiently manage Resource Allocation, optimizing human and material resources for maximum project efficiency.
• Skilled in Quality Assurance to maintain high standards and meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Possession of Electrical Engineering and BESS knowledge is a must, as these are foundational for this role (Mandatory skill).

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, scheduling, and resource estimations.

• Facilitate regular communication and reporting on project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent potential project pitfalls.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to optimize performance and project outcomes.
