Job Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the company. This is a full-time position based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are looking for an experienced professional with more than 10 years of experience in project management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budgetary constraints
• Coordinate with project teams to identify project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
