Experience - Min. 6+ yrs. in Foundry Industry 

Location - Ajmer 

Job Description

• Develop and implement production schedules in line with customer orders and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate raw material requirements and ensure availability for uninterrupted production.

• Optimize production flow, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.

• Oversee foundry processes, including melting, casting, molding, and finishing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Continuously improve production processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and minimizing defects.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce production costs.

• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Work closely with the supply chain team for the timely procurement of materials and tools.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets market demands.

• Provide regular production reports to senior management, including key metrics, challenges, and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, equipment usage, and maintenance.
