Qualification - B.tech - Metallurgy

Experience - Min. 7+ yrs.  (must exp. in processes : Annealing, Stress Relieving, Hardening, Tempering.)

Location - Vadodara , Guj. 

Job Description

Oversee heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, tempering, carburizing, and nitriding.

Ensure proper control of temperature, time, and atmosphere to achieve desired material properties.

Monitor furnace operations and optimize process parameters for efficiency.

Develop and execute heat treatment schedules based on production requirements.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely processing of components.

Optimize batch loading and cycle times to maximize furnace utilization.Monitor and maintain heat treatment furnaces, quenching tanks, and other related equipment.

Ensure regular calibration of temperature sensors, thermocouples, and hardness testers.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.Ensure adherence to industry safety standards and environmental regulations.

Implement proper handling and disposal procedures for quenching media and chemicals.

Train operators on safe practices related to heat treatment processes.
