Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end
procurement process, from vendor onboarding to timely delivery, while ensuring the best
value for the enterprise. If you are a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct market research physically and/or online to identify and onboard
relevant vendors.
● Evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
● Furnish Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) to
vendors.
● Prepare comparative statements to facilitate informed decision-making.
● Negotiate with vendors to secure the best value for the enterprise.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
● Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO).
● Facilitate the signing of POs and WOs by the reporting manager in a timely
manner.
● Proactively follow through the procurement process to ensure timely delivery and
mobilization.
● Take ownership of the entire procurement process, from initiation to completion.
● Timely and accurately report the progress of procurement activities to the
reporting manager.
● Report any issues in advance, providing sufficient time for the reporting manager
and senior management to prepare action plans.
Qualifications:
● Thorough knowledge of using Google Sheets and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
● Tactful negotiation skills with the ability to create the best value for both the vendor and the enterprise.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
● Proven experience as a Procurement Executive in the construction industry.
● Familiarity with construction materials, processes, and industry regulations.
● Strong negotiation and communication skills.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and report potential issues.
Duration:
Full time Employment opportunity with a probation period of 3 months.
