Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PMEA Plant And Maintenance Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This role is based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, and is a full-time position. As a PMEA Plant And Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the foundry and casting industry and possess extensive knowledge of plant maintenance and management systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in the foundry and casting industry
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and management systems
• Ability to document equipment specifications and maintenance procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance activities of the plant to ensure optimal operation
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment
• Document equipment specifications, maintenance history, and troubleshooting procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
• Train and supervise maintenance staff
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
