RESPONSIBILITES :

• Managing end to end paint shop operations.

• Process control of shot blasting & powder coating

• Operating process and parameters of Powder Booth

• Daily Plan execution

• Regular and Preventive maintenance of paint shops equipment and spare management.

• Inventory management.

• Maintain Paint shop LAB with regular testing

• Training team members on the process

• Ensure health & safety norms

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Person should have deeply knowledge about the paint shop:- powder booth , shot blasting , general maintenance ..etc

• Knowledge of the testing Instruments :-SST, Impact Tester, TTR ,Gloss meter, DFT, Bend Test, Cross Hatch testeretc

• Sound knowledge of the SAP & MS Office

• Understanding of powder chemistry.

• Manpower planning and handling

• Knowledge of the improvement process 5s / Kaizen / Poka-Yoke / 3M / 4M / 7QC Tools / WI / SOP /PST/ OEE Calculation
