Profile - MEP ENGINEER

Qualification - B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical

Salary - Upto 4.8 Lac

Experience - Min. 4+ yrs in IS Code BIM projects residential construction project (Expertise in Revit and Navisworks Manage software. Familiarity with Fabrication CADMEP and Dynamo is advantageous)

Job Description

Develop BIM models for MEP services from design drawings, ensuring seamless

coordination between all disciplines.

● Prepare BIM models with various levels of detailing, including fabrication models

using CAD MEP.

● Conduct clash detection, resolve issues, and prepare detailed clash reports.

Construction Documentation:

● Create construction/shop drawings and schedules tailored to client requirements

under the guidance of supervisors.

● Prepare as-built BIM models by incorporating site survey drawings, point clouds,

or as-built comments.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

● Collaborate with a team of modelers and detailers to deliver high-quality MEP

BIM projects.

● Act as a team player in various BIM projects, offering support and coordination

as needed.

● Coordinate and lead team efforts when required, ensuring alignment with project

goals.

● Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a supportive and

productive environment.

Adaptability and Resilience:

● Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a balance between quality and

deadlines.

● Be flexible and ready to work in all shifts to meet project demands

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Teamwork: Proven ability to work as part of a diverse team with listening and

motivational abilities.
