Profile - PHE-FFTG Draftsman/Engineer 

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma mech.

Salary - Upto 3.6 lac

Experience -Min. 2+yrs. in HVAC (Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D), MEP & other drafting softwares) 

Location - Ahmedabad 

Job Description

Can read Isometric Drawing, NFPA, Notations and symbols in drawing

Improves Area, Pressure and Classification zoning

Should have sound knowledge on Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection as per

NBC and Indian relevant Codes.

 Preparation of Basement surface drain & sub-soil drain.

 Designing of External sewage & Storm water drainage system.

 Preparation of water supply schematic, drainage schematic, Underground water tank

and Overhead water tank plan and sections with sleeve details.

 Preparation of design calculation for water supply pipes, drainage system, storm water

design, WTP, STP and Fire Protection system.

 Co-ordination in drawings of engineering services

 Review and checking of Design drawings and documents.

 To draw and prepare Wall elevation, Sections of Plumbing.

 Quantity take-off sheet for Firefighting, and plumbing.

 Design and drafting, calculation of water balance sheet, water tank sizing

 Tender drawing preparation, List of drawings, typical & Shop Drawing detail.

 Drain sections, SWD section, site sections wrt MEP

 Piping & Equipment layout and material specification

 Design of all Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher, pumps,

Hose reel, water monitor) with all Standards & Norms.

 Pump room layout

 Rainwater harvesting (RWH) Layout Drawing.

 Attending meeting with Client, Architect, and consultant for design requirements.

 Knowledge of Commercial, Industrial, Hostel & Educational institute projects

 Knowledge of AutoCAD 2021, and other services knowledge of infra coordination.
