Job Description

Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.

Corrective Maintenance: Manage troubleshooting and repair processes for mechanical failures and breakdowns.

Predictive Maintenance: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to predict and address potential issues before they lead to significant problems.

Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to assess their condition and performance.

Upgrades and Improvements: Recommend and oversee upgrades to machinery and systems to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and tools inventory to ensure that essential components are available when needed.

Safety Standards: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and equipment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that maintenance practices adhere to industry regulations and environmental standards.

Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures for mechanical failures or accidents.
