We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, with 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and data analysis.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of branding initiatives and marketing plans.
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the electrical products marketing industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a marketing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage and coordinate marketing events and sponsorships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing activities.
