Profile- Lead – Civil and Structural

Qualification - B.E / B.Tech – Civil and Structural. 

Salary- Upto 40 Lacs CTC 

Age:- Not more than 50 yrs (Must)

Experience - 8 - 15 Years, Civil and Structural project management of *Greenfield Project.

Location- Gujrat

Mandatory Skills Required

Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering and construction practices followed in the industry.  ? Knowledge and exposure to project planning and tracking tools like MS Project, Primaver.

Deliverables -

Reviewing basic/detailed engineering documents & drawings, ensuring correctness and completeness.

Co-ordinate with the contractor for project execution, resolve any issue in project execution without any deviation in quality & time schedule.

Planning, co-ordination and execution of erection and commissioning activities complying safety, quality and project schedule.

Ensuring all Civil & Structural activities are performed with safety as utmost priority throughout the project phase.

Proper documentation to be ensured throughout the project phase till handing over.

Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications.

Ensuring VSAP compliance during all stages of project Execution  Analyzing survey reports, drawings and geological data.

Ensuring proper Quality Assurance and Quality Control for all stages of project execution. 

Critical Attributes -

Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industry.

Knowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation management.

Remarks

All these profiles will be based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and ultimately move to site location in Dholera. The candidates should preferably have experience in greenfield projects with large capex.
