_Experience - Min. 10+ yrs in leading developer worked for residential building(Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp)

Job Description

Conceptual Design: Lead the development of the project's design concept, translating the client’s ideas and needs into creative and practical architectural solutions.

Architectural Vision: Set and guide the architectural direction of the project, ensuring it is innovative, functional, and aligned with aesthetic goals.

Schematic Design: Develop schematic designs, including layout, space planning, and the overall look and feel of the project.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements, vision, budget, and timelines.

Client Presentations: Present design concepts, plans, and modifications to clients, and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into the design process.

Client Representation: Act as the primary liaison between the client and the design/construction teams, ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the architectural team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing guidance to ensure design integrity.

Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering professional development within the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals such as engineers, project managers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.
