Job Posting: Advertise job openings on various platforms, including online job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.

Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews with department heads.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring proper induction, orientation, and completion of necessary documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).

Handling Grievances: Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, conflicts, or grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.

Fostering Workplace Culture: Promote a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and initiatives to boost employee morale.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management, fostering a cooperative and productive workplace.
