Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Recruiting skilled workers such as engineers, machine operators, production staff, logistics personnel, and sales professionals who understand ALC panel production and installation.

Onboarding: Facilitating the induction of new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, safety protocols, and industry-specific work processes.

Workforce Planning: Ensuring the factory and field teams are adequately staffed, especially in response to fluctuating demand for ALC wall panels.

Technical Training: Organizing training programs for employees on the manufacturing process, installation techniques, and safe handling of ALC wall panels.

Compliance Training: Providing mandatory training on industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring employees adhere to local labor laws and construction codes.

Continuous Development: Implementing skill-enhancement programs for employees, focusing on improving productivity, efficiency, and knowledge of the latest construction materials technologies.

NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
