Job Description

Inspection: Conduct inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished castings to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Testing: Perform various tests on materials and products, including mechanical, chemical, and dimensional tests, to verify their properties and performance.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics, ensuring all data is accurately documented and easily accessible.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all foundry operations and products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Internal Standards: Develop and implement quality standards and procedures specific to the foundry’s operations, ensuring they align with best practices.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze defects and quality issues to determine the root causes and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
