Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundry Project Head to join our team at DCS Group. As the Foundry Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our foundry projects. This includes coordinating with different teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards. This role is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the foundry industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create project plans and manage project budgets
• In-depth knowledge of foundry operations, processes, and production techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of maintenance management principles and strategies

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our foundry projects
• Coordinate with various teams involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
• Develop project plans, set goals, and define project deliverables
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks

• Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management

• Supervise and lead a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
• Implement maintenance management strategies to ensure optimal functionality of the foundry
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in foundry management
