Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Foundry Plant Incharge / HOD. As the Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our foundry plant located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in the field. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant, including project planning, production planning, production management, and foundry management. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical machine installation
• Proven expertise in project planning and management
• Ability to effectively plan and manage production activities
• Experience in foundry management and processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good understanding of safety regulations and risk management
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
