Qualification- B.Tech / M.tech- EE, EC, EI

Salary- Upto 5 Lac /- CTC 

Location- Vadodara (Guj) 

Experience- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the Electrical industry.

Requirements

Proven experience in estimation, and profitable delivery, of Electrical Turnkey projects.

Strong technical, commercial, communication and grammatical skills.

Job Description

Good experience on working remotely with global customers.

Research and produce scope deliverables.

Develop and manage proposal budgets and timelines.

Undertake project conceptualisation, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal.

Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal.

Plan and manage the quality of deliverables.

Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to deliver outcomes.

Develop high quality proposals that meet the customer’s requirements.

Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions.

Manage internal proposal review and approval process.

Proposals are submitted on time.

Adhere to project and estimation processes.

Maintain effective relationships with customers.

Knowledge/Expert for selection of appropriate electrical items.

Evaluates tender documentation to identify and address scope deliverables and contract conditions.

Considers alternative and innovative solutions to address the customer’s needs.

Leverages solutions and knowledge from previous projects and proposals.
