Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Estimation & Design Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at DCS Group. As an Estimation & Design Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimations and designing solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in estimation and design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies and tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in conducting technical and structural analysis
• Familiarity with energy modeling techniques
• Knowledge of HT/LT panels and electrical systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for project proposals, considering factors such as materials, labor, and equipment
• Design and develop innovative and efficient solutions tailored to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and compliance with industry standards
• Conduct technical analysis and structural analysis to assess project risks and opportunities
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
• Utilize energy modeling tools to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in design
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to obtain pricing information for materials
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data for accurate estimations and design enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological innovations in estimation and design
