Responsibilities -

- Co- Ordinating shift electrical maintenance of all equipment's, Lightning, Colony & distribution.

- Handling electrical breakdown & preventive maintenance activities - meeting statutory requirements.

-Documentation of maintenance activities.

- Monitoring electrical energy efficiency parameter of equipment & take corrective preventive actions.

- Spare part planning & management.

- Capable to handle Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Activities in shift.

- Experience in operation, breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance of Electrical equipment's including transmission and distribution from 132kv GSS .

- Knowledge & experience of energy management.

- Co ordination and team building with Production / Engineering shift In charges.

- Knowledge of basic computer applications and SAP.

- Knowledge of PLC and Drives - its maintenance and programming.

Competencies

- Capable to handle electrical maintenance Activitie in shift .

- Knowledge of tyre manufacturing process.

- Having basic computer skills & Acquanted with SAP System.

- Experience in operation, Break down, prdictive / Preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

- Experience of Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Mixers, Extruder, Calendar power and distribution powers.

- Good skills on AB, Siemens, Yaskawa, Schiner, Omron PLC & VFD.

- Coordination and team building with Production, Workmen & Engineering team members.

- Knowledge of Transmission, Distribution of 132KV to 6.6 KV GSS, Relay coordination Etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
