Job Description

Assign tasks to drivers, technicians, or field personnel based on availability, skill, and proximity.

Develop and maintain daily or weekly schedules for personnel or vehicle deployment.

Monitor the location and status of dispatched units or employees using tracking software.

Act as the central point of communication between the dispatch center and field personnel (drivers, service technicians, etc.).

Relay accurate instructions, updates, and necessary changes to the dispatched teams.

Ensure field teams have all necessary information for their tasks, including routes, addresses, and special instructions.
