Job Overview

We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our team at DCS Group in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatching of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This is a full-time position with a focus on routing, routine planning, and problem-solving. Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatching of goods and materials
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of dispatch activities
• Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival
• Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel to provide instructions and updates
• Resolve any delivery issues or delays
• Maintain inventory of dispatched items
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
• Identify areas of improvement in the dispatch process and propose solutions
