Experience - Min. 6+ yrs. in die casting industry (Working with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed design blueprints, models, and technical drawings.)

Salary - Upto 4.8 lac

Location - Rajkot , Guj.

Job Description

Designing cast components (like parts, molds, and tooling) that meet product specifications and performance standards.

Incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams to refine designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Selecting appropriate casting materials (e.g., various alloys or metals) based on the product’s requirements, including durability, strength, and environmental factors.

Testing and validating material properties to ensure they meet performance standards.

Designing casting processes (e.g., sand casting, die casting, or investment casting) to ensure efficient and high-quality production .

Conducting simulations and analyses (such as mold flow analysis) to predict how the casting material will behave and to identify any potential defects.
