● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

Conduct thorough client needs assessments and understand preferences to

deliver tailored design solutions.

● Regularly engage with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and

ensure overall satisfaction.

● Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop interior design solutions.

● Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, material selections,

and 3D visualizations.

● Ensure design concepts align with client expectations and project goals.

● Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring

adherence to timelines.

● Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless

project execution.

● Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design

specifications, drawings, and project schedules.

● Generate reports for clients, providing updates on project milestones and

timelines.

● Address any deviations from the design plan promptly and effectively.
