 Job Description -

On-the-Job Training: Actively participate in training sessions and on-site activities to gain practical experience in project engineering.

Mentorship: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to learn about project processes, technical standards, and best practices.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies through self-study and formal training. 

Support Planning Efforts : Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and milestones under the guidance of senior team members.

Data Collection: Help gather data and prepare project documentation, including timelines and resource allocation plans.

Update Schedules: Contribute to maintaining and updating project schedules based on progress and feedback.

Documentation Review: Assist in reviewing and understanding technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Field Support: Help with on-site measurements, data collection, and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.

Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities by checking materials, equipment, and workmanship for compliance with standards.
