Job Description -

Develop Quality Plans: Create and implement quality assurance plans that align with project requirements and industry standards.

Define Quality Metrics: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality levels.

Set Inspection Criteria: Define criteria for inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.

Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing and production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Control Plans: Develop and maintain control plans to monitor processes, ensuring they consistently produce quality outputs.

Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to reduce waste, variability, and defects.Conduct Inspections: Oversee and conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Testing Protocols: Develop and oversee testing protocols for products and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements.

Manage Non-Conformists: Identify and address non-conformists by initiating corrective actions, investigating root causes, and implementing solutions.
