Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Quality Engineer in the construction industry for a full-time position based in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and will be tasked with ensuring the highest standards of quality control in construction projects. This is a mid-level position.

Experience- *Min. 5+ yrs. in Industrial Project

• Quality Control (Mandatory skill): Ensuring construction projects meet predefined quality standards.
• Construction Materials Testing: Ability to test and evaluate construction materials for different quality parameters.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and ensure project quality.
• Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical tests to validate quality of materials and work.
• Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues onsite.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to detect inconsistencies and defects.
• Project Management: Experience in managing quality control aspects within construction projects effectively.

• Monitor and report on the quality control processes during the construction phase.
• Conduct tests and inspections on construction materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Perform statistical analysis to validate the integrity of materials and constructions.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to quality on the construction site.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Liaise with project management and stakeholders to report quality issues and updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities and findings.
