Job Description

Pre-Installation Planning

Site Preparation: Assess and prepare the site for the arrival and installation of precast elements.

Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to ensure all necessary information and resources are in place before installation begins.

Equipment and Tools: Ensure that all necessary equipment, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition for the erection process.

Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during the erection process.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.

Training: Provide safety training for the erection crew on proper handling and installation of precast components.

On-Site Supervision: Supervise the erection crew on-site, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordination: Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure the safe and efficient lifting and placement of precast elements.

Scheduling: Develop and manage the erection schedule to ensure timely completion of installation activities.
