Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and compliance of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proficient in financial statements preparation and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience in handling statutory compliances and tax audits.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes and techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle financial management and reporting activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage statutory compliances including tax filings, GST, and other necessary audits.
• Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and drive financial growth.
• Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders.
