Job Description

Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update data related to inventory, production schedules, customer orders, and vendor information in the company’s management systems.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and detailed records of purchase orders, sales transactions, quality reports, and production documentation.

Database Management: Regularly update and ensure the accuracy of databases related to clients, suppliers, employees, and internal processes.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory levels, ensuring that stock is updated in real-time.

Coordination with Procurement Team: Work closely with the procurement or purchasing team to track incoming materials, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Material Documentation: Prepare and maintain records of materials received, including quality inspections and any discrepancies.
