Job Description

Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions.

Understand and develop results that meet the customer's real needs.

Design and deliver technical solutions that meet the requirements and scope of the project.

Identify and mitigate technical risk, escalating high risk items to management.

Manage costs to deliver the project within budget constraints.

Meet the milestones and time constraints of the proposals, maintaining an up-to-date schedule with milestones, work breakdown structure and tasks.

Manage changes to scope and project outcomes, raising cost variations for approval by the customer.

Clearly communicate project objectives, progress and changes to all stakeholders.

Customer relationship management, identifying new opportunities and actively participate in the sales process and development of project bids that best position SAGE to win work.

Provide coaching and mentoring and leadership Engineers and Graduate Engineers and can lead a technical team

Requirements 

Excellent English Communication

International customer handling experience would be desirable.

Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in MES and Wonderware for more than 5+ years.

Advanced design and delivery expertise in electrical engineering, power systems and/or control systems engineering projects.

PLC, SCADA, RTU/Automation experience desirable

Wonderware SCADA, Intouch, Archestra, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider and/or other PLC programming and commissioning experience.

Experience in Food and Beverages, Energy, Process Industries, Utilities, Heavy Industry (Steel, mining), Pharmaceuticals, Automobile, Packaging or Water Treatment.

 Demonstrable experience integrating legacy systems.
