Job Description

Design & Drafting:

Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, plans, or schematics.

Develop drawings for mechanical components, civil engineering structures, electrical systems, or architectural layouts, depending on the industry.

Convert conceptual designs into detailed drawings for production, construction, or manufacturing.

Produce and maintain documentation related to designs, such as specifications, dimensions, tolerances, materials, and technical details.

Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety codes, and regulations.

Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives.

Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers and other stakeholders.

Incorporate design changes throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Assist in the development of prototypes, simulations, or models as required.

Support the project team in preparing estimates, material lists, and cost breakdowns using design data.

Ensure the project timelines are met by delivering the designs on schedule
