Profile - Accountant

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

Experience - Min. 2+ yrs. in General Accounting , GST , Data Entry must knowledge of BUSY Software (exp. in BUSY software in plus)

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

Job Description

 Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Perform bank reconciliations using automated Biz Software tools.

Reconcile bank statements and accounts to avoid discrepancies.

Manage day-to-day financial transactions using BUSY Software (such as Tally, Zoho Books)

Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis.

File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS, and other tax-related filings through Biz Software.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.

Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, and regulations.

Maintain proper documentation of GST invoices and input tax credits.

Handle GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors/customers.

Assist in GST audits and coordinate with tax consultants.
