Job Description
Proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools is desirable.
● Knowledge of Auto-cad reading and Excel is a must.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
● Knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Professional certification is a plus
●Monitoring contractual obligations, claims, and payments.
●Preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and schedules of rates.
●Evaluating bids and tenders from contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
●Recommending the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
