We are seeking a Senior Ui Ux Designer to join our dynamic team at India Accelerator in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with up to 10 years of work experience in UX/UI design. The role demands expertise in creating compelling user interfaces and engaging user experiences. The successful candidate will integrate seamlessly into our innovative team, contributing to the growth journey of multiple startups.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable expertise in user experience design with the ability to improve overall usability of digital products.
• Exceptional skills in user interface design, with a portfolio showcasing recent design projects.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes to translate complex ideas into visual analogies.
• Experience in designing prototypes to validate product ideas and functionalities.
• Visual design expertise, including a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and aesthetic trends.
• Competence in interaction design to ensure dynamic and smooth user interactions with digital interfaces.
• Ability to develop information architecture that structures content and information intuitively.
• Solid experience in conducting usability testing to assess product performance and improve user satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
