As we scale our operations in Gurgaon, we are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive occupancy, and strengthen client relationships.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy across our coworking spaces. This role requires a proactive leader capable of identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive occupancy and meet revenue targets.
- Identify target markets, build pipelines, and secure high-value clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Engage with startups, SMEs, and corporates to promote coworking solutions.
- Conduct site tours, deliver tailored proposals, and close deals.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships:
- Establish partnerships with real estate brokers, agents, and business networks to drive inbound leads.
- Explore new channels for client acquisition and market expansion.
- Represent India Accelerator at key industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on campaigns and space availability.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior sales staff to foster growth and performance.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, or coworking sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of the Gurgaon commercial real estate and coworking market.
