The Sales Executive role at India Accelerator is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, aimed at individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in sales. As a Junior-level position, this role will involve crafting sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and boosting the company's market presence within the commercial real estate industry. Candidates are expected to bring a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients through effective research and lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless and timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Consistently monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular feedback to management regarding progress and obstacles.
  • Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
