Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives, optimize digital campaigns, and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics, with a strong understanding of lead generation, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve acquisition and engagement goals.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Optimize website and content for search engine rankings.
- Track and improve keyword performance, backlinks, and site authority.
- Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to track user behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creatives to enhance conversions.
- Generate insights from data to refine marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Develop high-performing lead generation campaigns for startup recruitment and investor outreach.
- Optimize conversion funnels for better engagement and retention.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve customer acquisition.
- Content & Creative Strategy
- Work with the design and content team to develop high-impact ad creatives.
- Ensure brand messaging aligns with target audience preferences.
- Utilize visual storytelling and data-backed creatives for better engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in startups, accelerators, or VC firms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
