Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Head of Operations for our coworking space in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. This pivotal role demands a leader with strategic insight, operational expertise, and a passion for fostering a thriving coworking community. The candidate will spearhead operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution across all facets of our coworking services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in team management, with experience in overseeing diverse teams across various levels and ensuring productivity (Mandatory skill)
  • Extensive facilities management skills, ensuring efficient, safe, and aesthetically pleasing work environments (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong strategic planning abilities to shape long-term goals and align with company objectives in the coworking sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for coworking members
  • Experience in comprehensive budgeting processes to support financial health and sustainable growth of coworking operations
  • Vendor management experience, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in outsourcing agreements and supply chains
  • Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions in coworking space operations
  • Skill in community building to create and maintain a vibrant, engaging, and collaborative coworking environment


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space, ensuring smooth workflows and processes
  • Develop and implement operational policies that enhance efficiency and meet business objectives
  • Oversee diverse team functions, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Manage facilities, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and operational quality
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maximize service delivery and cost efficiency
  • Engage with members regularly to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive community atmosphere
  • Monitor financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals
