Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on-site in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development with expertise in React Native, Node.js, and React.js. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using React Native for mobile and React.js for the web.
• Build and maintain server-side applications with Node.js.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs as needed.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsive design.
• Debug and resolve issues, performing troubleshooting across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best coding practices.
• Continuously improve and update skills to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong knowledge of React Native, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) and familiarity with ORM libraries.
• Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of other front-end libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or tech company.
