Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Freelance Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a fresher-level position, ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The position is based in Gurgaon but offers the flexibility of remote work. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually engaging designs for our various communication channels and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for creating and editing various types of media.
• Strong visual communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information through graphical content.
• Ability to create illustrations and graphics that enhance the visual appeal of documents and online content.
• Experience in print design to produce brochures, banners, and other collateral materials.
• Proficiency in Canva for quick, on-the-go design needs and presentations.
• Understanding of digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites, to create versatile graphics.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design to create harmonious and effective designs.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute graphic design projects from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring consistency with company branding.
• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in designing print materials such as brochures, banners, and posters.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Review and amend designs based on feedback and ensure final output meets the highest quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets for easy access and reuse.
