Roles & Responsibilities


• Identifying relevant retail & corporate clients and offer them space in appropriate commercial properties.

• Explore opportunities with Corporates for their office expansion plans

• Maintain excellent relationship with channel partners, brokers and IPC's.

• Conducting site visits and meetings in order to close lease transactions. • Exposure to documentation like LOI, Lease agreements etc.

• Ideal candidate shall have excellent rapport/ connect with Bank, and shall have good contacts with BDA/ BBMP, contacts with broker community, relocation companies, IT companies, CA firms, M&A firms, understanding of digital marketing and good working relationship with real estate portals.

• Establish contacts with builders and developers.

• Building Chanel Partner Relationship with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Developers/ Builders across the city.

• Conducting site visits and meetings in order to close lease transactions. • Generate Leads and convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc.).

• Managing the listings of properties on real estate portals

• Cold Calls with developers for exclusive marketing of residential developments.

• Build a team of telemarketing in house team.

• Building strong pipeline of enquiries.

• Build strong base of owner properties for resale as well as new builder projects.

• Building relationship with Banks/NBFCs for financing Required Candidate profile.


Required Candidate profile 


• Work Experience of 3-5 years in Real Estate Advisory/ International Property Consultants.

• Leasing experience is an added advantage.

• Graduates/ MBA degree / Diploma.

• Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.

• Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

• High levels of passion and ownership.
