JD for Multi Technician A multi technician with an excellent and deep knowledge in civil /construction projects and commercial / residential building construction and maintenance. Should have good problem solving, critical thinking and observational skills. Exposure/experience in interior fit out work will be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: • Installation, repair and maintenance work of ▪ Lift Equipment ▪ DG Equipment ▪ EB Panels and all electrical work including transformers ▪ UPS ▪ HVAC ▪ Fire Alarm System ▪ Plumbing ▪ Carpentry ▪ Audit and review of MEP drawings • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality • Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) • Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) • Requirements • Proven experience as maintenance technician • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime • Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors • Prepare interim and final reports • Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with flexible and adaptable approach to work • Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry • Co-ordination with Designers from concept to final stage • Communication skills required: English, Hindi and Kannada
