Required Candidate profile

•Housekeeping staff training

•Storeroom (organizing / inventory management/ requisitions)

•Signage / zone demarcation / infrastructure requirements / standardization •Asset management (common areas)

•Arrangement of activities

•AMCs (DG/UPS/Lift/EB Panels/HVAC / Hydraulic Car Parking etc)

•Utility services (Pest control / tank cleaning / indoor and outdoor plants management

•Recurring services such as drinking water, diesel, RO Plant, fire extinguishers, FAS

•Vendor management (contracted staff, recurring consumables and third-party services)

•Key management

•Optimization of services / cost identification of dealer/ manufacturer •Housekeeping material standardization

•Housekeeping personnel management / security

•Client Experience uniforms / processes / checklists / charts/ visuals

• Liasioning with BBMP/BESCOM officers, linemen etc.

•Recurring Invoices (BESCOM/BWSSB/Garbage clearance/Diesel/HK Consumables)

• Inward /outward register (People & material)

•Statutory compliances and inspections

•Car parking management / markings for organized parking

•Kitchen & Pantry services

•Warranties of assets procured (standardized list)

•Post projects take over / handover of projects to facilities



Candidate Requirement


•Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position

•Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

•Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

•Good analytical/critical thinking

•Any degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

•Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an added advantage

• Preferably from hospitality or real estate facility management background
