Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team at Inches N Feet. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential, interior, landscape, and corporate spaces. You will also be involved in various tasks such as BIM service, structural analysis, 3D rendering, quantity take-offs, and architectural design. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience is welcome to apply
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong understanding of construction principles and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in architectural design and visualization
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Excellent presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and drawings based on client requirements
• Collaborate with other members of the design team to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering designs
• Conduct site visits and analyze the feasibility of design implementation
• Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Utilize BIM tools for efficient design development and coordination
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including 3D renderings and presentations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and best practices
